Herefordshire Fire Protection Services Ltd was founded in December 1984 and has grown to be one of the countries oldest local fire protection companies, carrying out work for over 4,500 businesses in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire & Powys.
HFPS currently have a staff of twenty employees and are an audited and accredited member of the British Fire Consortium, the countries largest body of independent fire trading companies.

All FIRE ALARM engineers, have a vast knowledge of a wide variety of fire alarm manufacturers’ equipment and all servicing is carried out to comply fully with the recommendations of British Standard BS5839. Also our installation engineers have many years experience of installing fire alarm systems to the very highest standard and we are regularly complimented on the cleanliness of our work.
All FIRE EXTINGUISHER SERVICING is carried out by BFC certified engineers who have completed the British Standards Institution and BAFE approved SP101 requirement and the training clause of ISO 9001 and follows the recommendations laid down in British Standards BS.5306 and all fire alarm servicing by engineers who have completed the BFC Design & Servicing Course complying with BS.5839.
We also offer the alternative facility for customers to save money by bringing their fire extinguishers to our depot for servicing.
